IF / THEN

Syntax: IF relationalExpression THEN statement

relationalExpression may involve either integer, float or string operands. You can only compare integer with integer, float with float and string with string.

Example

IF A=B THEN GOTO 10
IF A<>B THEN GOTO 20
IF AB THEN GOTO 50
IF A>B THEN GOTO 60

IF A$=B$ THEN GOTO 10
IF A$<>B$ THEN GOTO 20
IF A$B$ THEN GOTO 50
IF A$>B$ THEN GOTO 60
